When my husband and I started working with her we had a few challenges, but she had an answer and a solution for each obstacle we faced and helped us to tackle them head on. Cindy and her team went above and beyond to help us through the entire process of closing on our home; from answering every question to making sure we didn't have to leave town to complete paperwork. Expect the best because that is what you get with Cindy and her team at US Lending, knowledgeable, professional, very efficient with a fast response to any questions we had through the process! The BEST! In my opinions there is no one else in Redding to use. This is my 2nd home working with her and trust me she takes care of everything and there are so surprises! Awesome help through the whole loan process. Will do all that is needed to make sure you close. Cindy works tirelessly for you keeping you informed the whole way through. This was my first home loan and she made sure I was educated about all my loan options and gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision on my home loan.
