I was not the easiest client, I am sure of that. I must have called her office almost daily. I had put a down payment on a home I was renting and signed an agreement that I would secure a loan in a certain amount of time and if I did not I would lose a substantial down payment. Cindy is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. From the very beginning answered all our questions, and kept us informed throughout the entire loan process. She was always very reachable thought text email phone. She is very quick to return your calls and texts. Cindy and her team were incredible throughout the entire process. We did not have a realtor for our transaction and she really went the extra mile as she walked us through the entire process.
