My husband and I were so intimidated at the though of buying a house and the entire loan process. From the very first time I sat down with Cindy I was at ease. Expect the best because that is what you get with Cindy and her team at US Lending, knowledgeable, professional, very efficient with a fast response to any questions we had through the process! The BEST! In my opinions there is no one else in Redding to use. This is my 2nd home working with her and trust me she takes care of everything and there are so surprises! Awesome help through the whole loan process. Will do all that is needed to make sure you close. Cindy works tirelessly for you keeping you informed the whole way through. This was my first home loan and she made sure I was educated about all my loan options and gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision on my home loan. Cindy was my loan officer when I purchased my home in 2015 and came in on a holiday for me to sign papers for the loan so I could move my family in before we needed to be out of our rental. Based on lower rates, I contacted her again. She was fantastic again. She gave me information right away and then I was hesitate about making a change, but when I got back in touch with her, no problems.
