Cindy is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. From the very beginning answered all our questions, and kept us informed throughout the entire loan process. She was always very reachable thought text email phone. She is very quick to return your calls and texts. Cindy and her team were incredible throughout the entire process. We did not have a realtor for our transaction and she really went the extra mile as she walked us through the entire process. Working with Cindy was a real pleasure. She is a consummate professional who has honed her craft. Our situation was very unique and we had some final hour issues with underwriting that a normal loan officer would not have been able to overcome. But Cindy found a way.
