Cindy, besides being gracious and professional, was a step by step guided tour to obtaining our loan. Her response rate was rapid, and when I called the office, there were other staff, Joslin..who knew all about the account, process and just facilitated the process of obtaining our loan. Cindy helped us with the financing of our new home when we first moved into this area from out-of-state. To coordinate with the logistics of closing on our out-of-state property by mid-December and our move to this area, Cindy unselfishly spent her Christmas holidays working with us over the phone to process the necessary paper work that allowed us to close on our new home on December 27, shortly after arriving in the area on Christmas day. This is my third home purchase, and by far, the best experience I've ever had. She far surpassed my expectations--locked in a lower rate and was able to get escrow to close early (and save me $$$$). She always responded quickly and knowledgeably to my emails and phone calls and provided daily updates (without me asking) so I knew exactly where I was in the process, and what was left to do!! I highly recommend her to all my friends and family, and will definitely be using her again in the future.
