Stay was fine and the facility was clean, but the trek to and from our room was not worth it. The second tower is soooo far from the lobby (not to mention we were promised, and paid for, a room on the main tower but upon arrival were told there was no availability). While we were checking in, a man claimed he was pick pocketed in the elevator to security 🫠 Bring your muscle because It’s a hassle to carry all your luggage to the second tower as it’s no where near the lobby or garages.
