We were located in the Sky Tower. The room was very nice. The access from the parking garage to the room elevators required going up a 8 steps, this did cause some issues, however overall it was ok.

Front desk staff could have been nicer and also the overall look of the hotel. However I can say the rooms were clean and housekeeping was great. Airport shuttle an staff was also great
