Decent last min stay. Parking and checking is frustrating. The parking situation was complicated. It wasn’t clear. It would have been nice to have someone there to direct and answer questions. The check in line was a bit of a mess. Wasn’t sure if we were able to check in ourselves. Ppl had to figure it out for themselves which. Would have been nice if the front desk could occasionally let ppl know they can come up. Its was comfortable The long walk down the skyway. They missed place my vehicle. I had to walk and look for it in Valet Parking. $20 dollars and a $10 tip. To get my own car Friendly staff. Cost effective

Ok to stay It was ok! Shower head in bathroom isn't adjustable. Hate fact refrigerator. Need cable channels! Smoke smell was very strong! The room was ok!

Pretty nice stay Parking lot and underground walkways a bit seedy and dirty. Did not see one security person in tower, garage, etc. Surprised at checkin that the resort fee made room double the price. Still a good value. I was there for one weekday night and many of facilities empty or closed evidently because occupancy down. Room great in tower. View nice. Clean. Updated . Upscale. Comfortable there. Staff helpful.

Exceptional We didn’t like that the bed had no matress cover and no fitted sheet, all it had was the matress then a flat sheet and then blanket and then decorative sheet on top.
