Little harder to get to in the sky towers especially with kids in a stroller or someone in a wheel car because it’s mostly stairs to get to the rooms and is quite a walk from everything else but if you don’t mind it it’s a good place to stay. I would return

the furniture in the room is scratched up, gouges in the furniture. The bed was a spring mattress, and pillows were fine for a good night sleep. The air/heat sounded like airplanes landing and taking off all night. We did find some super employees giving us help with whatever we had questions for, or mostly, how to get back to our elevator to get to our room.
