Clean and spacious room. My spouse & I have back issues. So we asked for extra pillows. They only had 3 on a king size bed (we’ve always gotten four at other hotels), so we asked for 3 additional pillows but were yold they could only provide 2 more. Location

Good Check in cost was confusing Clean room

Overall a really fun time and I plan to come back. I didn't like that the WI-FI did not work in our room. It made it difficult to research the area and find other things to do outside the hotel. When calling the front desk they were not helpful with our WI-FI problem. Also you are limited to 10 channels on the TV with no TV guide to know what was on the TV and with no WI-FI to stream any shows made for and interesting night. I loved the location and the atmosphere of the hotels all being connected.

We will be staying here again. Nothing. The cleanliness and the proximity to Virginia Street. We walked almost everywhere we went. We did not have to bother with driving and trying to find parking.

Exceptional Everything was great except hotel couldn't print out our rodeo tickets and we ended up missing it. The whole purpose of our trip was to go to the rodeo I feel that the hotel needs to reimbursed us. Stayed at the sky tower nice and quiet.

Enjoyable! Reserved a kings size bed but was accommodated with 2 queen beds! Rooms need to be kept up to date and dusting was needed in the older rooms Enjoyed being close to the arcade and casino.
