Decent hotel with easy parking and good rooms, but long lines at check would dissuade me from staying here again. Check-in is very difficult and can take an hour because of long lines. If you’re lucky they email you a barcode so you can check in via machine. The hotel clearly does not care about customer service to make people wait so long to check in. The staff is awesome! The location was more difficult to get to because it was downtown. The staff at check-in was great! Upon learning that my wife had fallen and was having trouble walking, we were checked into an upgraded room, at no extra cost, so she would not have to walk so far to get to the room.
