One of the best restaurants in downtown Alpharetta! Who knew gluten-free fried chicken could be so delicious? The amazing staff is always attentive and the seating is so comfortable you'll never want to leave! Fantastic outdoor space as well- by far the best patio in downtown Alpharetta!

Wonderful location in downtown Alpharetta for a weekend night dinner and drinks. Things you should know: I. PARKING There's a free, public parking garage nearby for the entire downtown area. Your car will be safe there and the walk is brief to Citizen Soul. II. SERVICE Our waiter was kind and accommodating. Great spot in downtown Alpharetta for a delicious southern fare dinner. The fried chicken and all the side veggies are so good. We ordered a variety for the table and all items were on point. The bartender whips up some nice cocktails as well.

Neat atmosphere with great food. Had nice live guitar music. Braised beef was fantastic. Others I. The group all liked the Fried Chicken, Grilled Tuna, and the Beignets! Also in a very cool part of Alpharetta.

I ate here with a party of 8 for a birthday last week and we loved it! I definitely will be coming back. The menu is kind of scary at first, but the staff was super nice and helpful recommending stuff. We always do a tapas style appetizer round so we ordered the Brussel sprouts, harissa cauliflower, and the pimento cheese fritters. What a fun - modern place to stop in and enjoy in downtown Alpharetta! We had a few drinks and munched on fun apps like pimento cheese balls and duck fat fried fries - YUM!!!

Gluten Free folks REJOICE. I am so impressed. First off, the service was 200% on point, on a Sunday. We called in and advised we had 10 people total, 5 adults and 5 children. The host, who also seemed like the manager, said we will have your table ready. Upon looking at the Menu I noticed Gluten free fried chicken, then asked about other gluten free items. I've been hearing good things about Citizen Soul for a while now but just made it there last night for the first time and so glad I did, had an amazing time and the food was outstanding. I had the scallops which were really good as was the fromage board and the octopus appetizer. Everyone at my table enjoyed their meal and wine selection. As a patron who needs a gluten free option, Citizen Soul is a champ. There are a lot of choices and the staff is super helpful. Will absolutely be a regular!!
