Believe the positive reviews! Went for the first time last night and had a very enjoyable experience and delicious meal. Ambiance/Vibe: I am all about this, and it was great. Half booths on one side, and tables by the window on the other side. I did not see a bad table in the place. They were spaced out nicely to allow for great conversation. We came here as a date night. We had Miles as our waiter, and he was great! It seemed super busy around the area the night that we came, but we figured out why (through Miles' help) as there were a lot of kids or youngin's all dressed up. We thought what it was and finally we found out that it was homecoming weekend so we got to see a lot of dressed up kids going out to eat. Yes, it made me feel super old. Anyways, to the food! Stopped in Saturday around 1p or so without a reservation and although they were moderately busy we were seated right away. This place is a gem. The staff was friendly enough, but Reese was superb. He was attentive and very helpful even suggesting that we check out their sister location since we enjoyed so much. Deliciousness, thy name is Citizen Soul! The braised short rib was perfection and the scallops with polenta were rich and yummy. The drinks were great and the atmosphere was inviting. The service was friendly and efficient. I have found my new favorite dinner spot in Alpharetta.

Yum jus yum. Stopped in for an impromptu lunch date on a Saturday afternoon. Everything was flavorful and delightful. Our server 'Reece' was a gem. I will be back soon!

Booker gets 5 stars he was awesome, one of the best servers I have had in a loooong time. Food was good we had the flatbread, duck fries, fried chicken, salmon, beignets. The two entrees were a little bland, appetizers were good and the beignets were yummy!

Very good looking place. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. We didn't have entrées. However, the appetizers were great. We had the roasted okra,which was amazing. We also ordered and enjoyed very good looking place. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. We didn't have entrées. However, the appetizers were great. We had fried okra and charred brussel sprouts which were both amazing.

Wonderful date ambiance! I visited here on a Friday night after making reservations via OpenTable. The ambiance inside is really nice and perfect for a date night! I tried the mai tai which was 12$ and the beet salad 15$. There were several options for vegetarian items (salad and a few apps) the entrees were all non vegetarian. The entree cost is around 30+$. Parking is located in a deck a short walk away and is free.

I've been to Citizen Soul twice now and both times have been a great experience. I love the atmosphere inside and the service is good. Their entrees shine here, desserts are ones I would pass. - Burrata (3/5): cheese portion itself was smaller than expected for the price, but loved the salted dressing.
