Poor Management The initial team that was here was great! However it's been horrible since the new "manager" in quotations since I'm not sure what she manages. Poor communication and a lack of attention to detail. I agree with the previous reviewer, when you complain about something she acts like you're wasting her time. Her team is very friendly and helpful, but she doesn't understand how to manage an apartment. Bad Management This property is beautiful, that's about it! Recently, new management took over. Yes, I understand a transition period. But the front office staff is rude and when confronted with issues or questions looks are residents as if it's a waste of their time! Trash cans around the entire property are filled to the top. The bathrooms at the pool have no toilet paper. When requested bacterial wipes for the workout room they bought a container of Clorox wipes ( which has now run out and not replaced).
