Amenities are nice... (Verified Renter) Amenities are nice and I feel safe overall. Gates are loud when they slam shut, neighbors leave cigarettes everywhere, hallways smell bad sometimes, club house was free to use when I signed lease but now it?s $200.

You better LOVE... (Verified Renter) You better LOVE dogs because they are everywhere! The staff tries but some of the residents are terrible dog owners. Feces not picked up- even in the stairs and hallways. That's the main reason we chose to leave when the lease was up.
