Excellent location, beautiful... (Verified Renter) Excellent location, beautiful property, lots of floor plans to choose from, rent to value ratio is very good, friendly staff, safe parking area, high quality gym, a built in dog park.

Amenities are nice... (Verified Renter) Amenities are nice and I feel safe overall. Gates are loud when they slam shut, neighbors leave cigarettes everywhere, hallways smell bad sometimes, club house was free to use when I signed lease but now it?s $200.

You better LOVE... (Verified Renter) You better LOVE dogs because they are everywhere! The staff tries but some of the residents are terrible dog owners. Feces not picked up- even in the stairs and hallways. That's the main reason we chose to leave when the lease was up.
