Moving from across... (Verified Renter) Moving from across the country can be very anxiety provoking especially when I didn't have the opportunity to come to Phoenix beforehand to view the property. Liz and Dani were absolutely amazing with answering all of my many questions and went above and beyond to make this move smooth and easy. I'm forever grateful to them!

Wonderful Living Experience I moved in a few months ago and have been very happy living here at Citrine. I worked with a few members of the staff to find the perfect apartment. The staff has gone above and beyond to help me. I wasn't the easiest person to help because I was all over the place with my search. I ended up getting an apartment facing Camelback Mountain and my new favorite restaurant Buck & Rider. I love that there is a gate that we can access from the community to Buck & Rider, their happy hour is my new go to. ... read more
Great Place I just started living here this semester and love the interior of apartments. Our rooms looked very nice, modern and cozy! The gym, lounge area, and the patio is also really nice! The location is a bit far from campus but as someone who needs more exercise anyways I really don't mind. The staff are amazing, they've let me back into my room so many times before. Overall, great place :)
Awesome place I've been living here since this place opened and love it. In my opinion, this is the most beautiful building between Biltmore and Old Town. My only complaint is when my friends come over or when I order food. I have to go down to the front and let them in. Also, the new management is way more professional than the first. I know a few of the negative residents that spread a lot of stuff but thankfully the new people moving in are awesome and friendly.
Great Place to Live I'm one of the first people to move into the building and I'm very pleased with everything that it has to offer. The staff have been so friendly and helpful. They have made the move-in as smooth as possible. The apartment itself is beautiful and very well designed. The workout room, pools, and other amenities are as nice as any apartment I've ever seen. Overall, this building does not cut any corners and I'm finding it a very comfortable place to call home.
I had higher expectations… Upon moving in, I had the expectation of residing in a luxury apartment given the price and prime location. However, after six months of living here, I have come to realize that the complex does not meet the standards typically associated with luxury living.
