What was once a great place has truly gone down hill fast. First off, they do not answer the phone. Secondly, their "new" online reservation system is a joke. I've lost money in my account. I tried to make a reservation for 4 days out. NO RESPONSE. It's ridiculous that the reservation system doesn't know if they are fully booked or not. TERRIBLE service. The staff is always perplexed. Do not waste a dime funding these people. They don't care about you or your pet.

Terrible Service and even worse communication Please sort and read reviews by date because as you can see, this place has gone way down hill and a lot of my concerns were also voiced by other customers. I had really great hopes for this place. I boarded my two frenchies together since they are not spayed/neutered. I saw great reviews and photos. My dogs were taken in for a temperament test but I wasn't offered a tour of the place as a new customer, which I thought was weird since I'm handing over my dogs. I wanted to give it some time for them to call me back or respond to my email or voicemails but no one has so I guess they don't care at all about you or your pet. I took my 5 month old puppy here for an evaluation and I really liked the girls there and he seemed to like the place so I took him back for his first free day of daycare. So first off, Luca was very friendly, as was the staff at City Bark. But, I brought my puppy in for his first haircut, and all I can say is WOOF! For starters, he's now wearing a pair of skin goggles. Instead of a trim, he now looks like he skis in jeans. Above that, we're working with the dog equivalent of a bowl cut, which worries me. Took our dog here a week or two ago. She has been itching furiously ever since she got back. Now I have to wash her again and see if I can get rid of the fleas that she got from this place.
We initially had good experience boarding our lab here. And people are quite nice. But my dog got bad case of kennel cough when stayed there in November which required an expensive vet visit & medicine. Then this time, he came home with diarrhea and vomiting. And apparently he soiled his kennel one night while there. Our dog is completely healthy otherwise so now I have major concerns about the hygiene and care at City Bark. Place is dirty and little is done to entertain the wall to wall canines slipping and sliding about in piles of animal waste. My little princess contracted a nasty eye infection and a cough after one day in this dump. Guy at the front brought me the wrong dog who bore zero resemblance to my woofie. Her name was clearly marked but the place is obviously understaffed and poorly managed.
The people at City Bark have been nothing but friendly and helpful. Our dog seems to have a good time every time we take her to City Bark. Although, we will not be taking our dog back to City Bark ever. The first time we took her she got nasal mites, the second she got pink eye and our dog spent two days there last week and she has a high fever and we are waiting for her lab tests to come back.
