I was in Denver seeing friends and skiing, and I needed to put my black lab in daycare for a few days... These guys are fantastic! The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly, and most of all, it's easy to see they love what they do. The pool in the back is a great way to make a dog happy and tired! That makes everyone happy! If you're looking for an excellent daycare facility and staff, this is the place.

I was visiting from out of town so I needed someone for doggie daycare while I went skiing. I dropped my dog off in the morning and picked her up later in the afternoon. All the staff I interacted with were really friendly and seemed to have a genuine love for animals. Bonnie (my dog) was a little uncertain the first day she stayed there, but the second day she ran right into the back room when they called her. City Bark Too! It is the best! We have a Hurricane Katrina rescue that came to us with severe separation anxiety. We take Tyson to City Bark Too! We couldn't do it without City Bark Too! I am lucky enough to work out of my house, but often have to leave for meetings or go out of town for business. City Bark Too is always there for me! (and Tyson). We have 3 pets. Abby the choco lab. Bosco the 110 lb mut puppy. Jackson the cat-dog. Abby grows freakishly long nails. We get "looks" from other pet owners anytime they notice said nails. It's really not our fault... She just has abnormal hormones or something. It's true. Anyways, we take Abby and Bosco to the City Bark to have their nails trimmed regularly. PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE THINKING OF LEAVING YOUR CAT HERE: I am not someone who leaves 1 star reviews loosely. This was well earned by this facility. It is clear their "cat boarding" service is a tacked on addition to the facility for extra money, with little care put into the system. What a great groomer! but proceed with caution re boarding your pup here. My pup contracted kennel cough despite supposedly being barred from fratinizing with other doggos. Not sure how she contracted this she is vaccinated and not allowed around other dogs. they stated they clean 3 times per day. still even dog nose to nose contact can spread the respiratory disease. I thought I did everything to keep my pup safe - private room brought my own bedding and food. now my pup is battling this virus and not allowed to be around... read more

I just want to start this by saying that I'm not the kind of guy who leaves negative reviews on places, even when they absolutely deserve it, but in this case, I feel obligated to warn others about it. I've actually even left a positive review of this place in the past, but clearly, some things have changed since my dogs last stay. I put my dog in boarding for 9 nights here. The dog is fine but here are the issues. They were incredibly hard to reach via phone. On numerous occasions I had to call multiple times for several hours before getting a response. I would see the employees talking in a room on one of the dog cameras, but no one picked up the phone. Additionally, they don't offer after-hour puck up as a service which every other daycare I've used had. Reasonably priced, but not satisfied with the customer service.

I would never trust my dog here... It's not clean and there is no accountability if your dog gets fed or medicated. Zero accountability!!!! Keep your pet safe do not trust this place!!!!
