Our feisty rescue Olli has been going to City Bark for over two years. We know he loves it since he perks up his ears and smiles every time as we pull off I-25 at 8th Avenue. Sadly he suffered an injury in August last year that kept him away from CB for over 6 months while he recovered. Talk about cabin fever. I feel like my old review is in need of an update, I was extremely impressed with the reaction to my last review. In the week following the review back in August, I was contact by the owner of the City Bark locations. She mentioned she had read the review and wanted to know any other concerns I had. She apologized, expressed her concerns, and invited us to bring Bowser back a time in the future to try them again. We've been taking Izzie to City Bark for a few years now. While we find the place clean and the staff ALWAYS attentive and professional, the best indicator of our dog's time there is our dog. She literally loves it. When we mention doggie day care at home, she runs to the door and eagerly waits. She then always runs from our car to their front door. I've taken my dog Hula here four or five times now. It really pleases me that she seems excited to be there. I suppose nothing speaks for a dog boarding facility like the dogs themselves. I've never seen my dog eager to be left anywhere except at City Bark. She must get a lot of love from the staff! The facility is clean, prices fair and the staff is helpful and approachable. Great place! I love that when I bring my dog in they know him by name even if it has been months since we have been in. He gets very excited when he figures out where we are going so that tells me he likes it there. They are friendly and all of the staff are obviously animal lovers.

I have had the greatest experience with the staff and the service here. My dog came in as a puppy and she was very shy and nervous, after just a few days at City Bark she was a brand new dog! They know her by name and the staff always pays special attention to her, she even learned how to swim here. I've tried all of the dog sitting businesses in the area (NW Denver) and City Bark is by far the best! They have an attentive staff who some of which know my dog's name when they see her. Trust your dog with City Bark!

We have a boxer/lab mix who is very social and loves to play with other dogs. We had been taking him to another daycare in Denver, but had some concerns about the lack of attentiveness of the employees there, as well as the cleanliness of the facility. He would come home covered in dirt. As soon as we began taking him to City Bark, I knew it was a great place. He comes home happy, tired and clean. About a year ago I was running around town looking for a doggy day care place for my pup, Ezra. I looked at a bunch of different places...some looked like puppy prison, while others were palaces I could never afford. Then I found City Bark. The facilities are clean and well maintained, the entire staff is always so friendly, and my dog loves it, which is the most important part. Ezra goes to daycare about twice a week and is a tired and happy dog when she returns.
