They've always taken great care of my cats. Saoirse is very mellow, but Divi turns into a howling virago at the vet, but they're so patient with her. Excellent medical care. I wish I could have been inside with my cat during yesterday's emergency visit, but I understand the Covid restrictions, and I knew she was in good hands.

Dr. Albert and his entire staff are all incredibly thorough with their work, caring of each creature that comes through the door, and are exceptionally wonderful and kind people! My ferret is always complimented on how sweet he is and you can tell these people are passionate about their line of work. Wonderful place to take exotics and domestics.

Last month, City creatures let me make an immediate appointment for my sick ferret to enter into rest. Today, I received beautiful clay paw prints with his name and the rainbow bridge poem together in a display book. It is so thoughtful, thank you.

City Creatures was able to see my rabbit on short notice, about an hour until they fit me in! They were a great help and had the nicest things to say about my bunny. Even though we are moving they still called just to check on her. If I wasn't moving they would be my vet for sure!

City Creatures has an extremely welcoming and professional staff! My only kid (aka dog), Charlie, has had a number of health issues (cataracts, seizures, and an eventual eye removal) and Dr. Kanaby (formerly Ropke) has been there every step of the way. She does an excellent job at communicating all of your options, along with her recommendation with a no pressure feel.
