RecommendedCCAH always finds room for my pets when there is a serious issue. The customer service from front reception to the back treatment area is always beyond what is expected. As a previous employee of this company, all I see when I visit CCAH is ever growing change and on going help and compassion from its employees. This is, hands down, the best veterinary hospital in WNY. When I needed to put a pet down, the whole staff stayed late to give me time. When I’ve had questions, the doctors have stayed late to answer them. When I’ve had emergencies, they’ve fit me in with zero notice. When we were out of ideas to help my pet, the doctors have gone out of their way to look into nonstandard treatment options. Being an LVT myself and knowing how a “typical Saturday” can be, I didn’t think Dr Albert would be able to see my sick bunny as a new client/patient. But they proved me wrong and I got in for a same day appt. Waited about an hour to be seen, staff was phenomenal throughout the entire visit. Everyone loved my little guy. Would highly recommend Dr Albert to anyone with little critters :)

I brought my first bird which was a cockatiel for his visit and I learned a lot. Actually, he turned out to be the easiest pet I ever had to bring to the Vet. I really liked the Veterinarian. She was very informative.
Dr James Albert has been our fur family vet since we moved to Buffalo in 2003. He is personable, caring, and fantastic at what he does. Can’t imagine going to any other Veternarian.
Very friendly staff and compassionate too. I would recommend them to anyone. I give them a 5 out of 5 rating
They were so great to my guinea pigs this morning! My piggies were so comfortable with the vets there and they even got specially made bandanas ❤️ I will definitely be recommending them to anyone with animals in buffalo and using them for any future vet visits ! Also, the vets are super personable and informative!❤️❤️
