RecommendedI sadly have to say I do NOT recommend City Creatures anymore. I have been a consistent customer to City Creatures Animal Hospital for 15+ years with my three (somewhat special needs) dogs who have needed multiple surgeries, etc. The vet staff were always kind to me but I will no longer be bringing my three dogs there. They have officially lost my business. I had to call today for an EMERGENCY vet appointment because my 14 year old dog is yelping badly clearly in severe pain and will not put weight on her leg/paw at all. ... read more
RecommendedI have been a loyal customer to City Creatures for 15+ years with three dogs. Dr. Albert was always very kind to me and caring but I will no longer be bringing my three dogs there. RecommendedOur dog was a patient of City Creatures prior to us even adopting her. We unfortunately had to rush her to an Emergency Clinic last week where she was humanely euthanized. Two days later I called to let City Creatures know that we had to put her down and the response from the woman on the phone was "Oh we already let the Vet know". No condolences were given and nobody reached out to us.
