Very friendly and awesome vets!! Highly recommend!!
We have two animals and we never missed a appointment we recommended people there, my wife went the today gave her a hard time to see our sick cat. It was there fault that thy didn't write the appointment down right plus they wanted us to come in tonight for emergency visit for more money.
Dr. Albert did a FANTASTIC luxating patella surgery on my previous foster dog, DeeDee! I would recommend you guys to anyone!
They are the worst care givers and doctors for dogs!!They failed to diagnose our dogs condition and now he has to be put down. The follow up was rude and indignant!!
Don’t go here. Know a vet tech that did an internship there, says it’s very dirty in the back. They also won’t send my dogs records along as their trying to force me to go back to them. Always felt like they were after my money and not my dogs health.
I was lied to over the phone about a surgery for my dog, with a consult booked and told surgery would be next week. 3.5 hours before my appointment I was called by a receptionist and told they do not offer surgery. This was after confirming no less than 3 times. I requested a call back from management and was spoken over, talked down to and demeaned. the vet told me to still come in so they could refer me....to my original vet. After finding out about a judgment call made by the Dr. that had a hangover.. My friend's dog died from a routine teeth cleaning!!!!!!!
Please stay far away from this vet office. After going to Sheridan animal Hospital for over 25 years with three whippets. I had my mother bring two of my whippets over to city creatures from Sheridan Animal 2 weeks ago. We went for an annual for both dogs and updated shots. We then got a dental estimate for our one dog. We went above and beyond with the blood work that we got done. My dogs just had extensive dental surgery. Dr. Sood took great care of them ! Dr. Sood is very kind, compassionate and understanding...I have recommended several friends and family members to City Creatures...she is the best !
