The front end staff are disgusting and unprofessional. They quote you prices before procedures like X-ray! If you opt for a second opinion they note your file that you couldn’t afford to pay. They noted all kind of crap about one of my poodles receiving a vaccination but it was during quarantine and I regret I wasn’t in the room with him. I have two toy poodles , one has one eye… they noted the medical information for one dog under the others! Worst and I mean the worst Animal hospital ever i had my cat on the paws plan I just signed her up for back in May and in July she suddenly passed away after being a perfectly healthy cat so I took her to get cremated at her vet here and paid up front for it and now they have her remains back however they won’t let me pick them up because there is a balance on the account for her paws plan due to now that she’s passed they are no longer allowing me to pay they balance off monthly can they really hold my cats remains 😳🙄�... read more

Extremely rude receptionist today at 325pm. I hope the owner sees this. She kept interrupting me and continued to speak over me w an attitude. I think I’ll take my little one somewhere else. If it’s ONE thing people cannot stand about any business - it’s an ATTITUDE from anyone, esp, a snarky receptionist.
The could improve by not giving free cash and services to BPD, which has a history of killing dogs.

I took my dog in due to a sore shoulder that was bugging him for a few weeks.. however he had to get his vaccines renewed. He was fine before that. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with his shoulder. They said he ran for them and everything. Didnt see nothing wrong w him. He was getting annoyed. If a 0 was an option that's what I would choose. YOU DON'T GET TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS. They don't return phone calls. Asked 2 women twice to let me know when our puppy is due for his next round of shots. All remain unanswered. We are nothing but kind and warm to these emoloyees.
