My dogs just had extensive dental surgery. Dr. Sood took great care of them ! Dr. Sood is very kind, compassionate and understanding...I have recommended several friends and family members to City Creatures...she is the best !

My dog has been a patient at City Creatures for almost 10 years. The last few visits have been awful. The level of care has declined greatly. This last visit, Friday, January 19th was not good. First, we were in the waiting are for a half hour. When we finally got put in a room - it was an extremely hot room and stayed there for close to TWO HOURS. I mentioned it to the girl and she said she'll crack the door open. There was a dog screaming in the back - possibly coming out of anesthesia, and my dog was worked up and panting... read more

This place needs to be shut down. They’re scamming patients on the daily, offering treatments and services you don’t need, and they’ll charge you more far more than other offices for medicines. Just read the other reviews. People are losing their pets to this place. These people have no idea what they’re doing, and I’m confident that they won’t be able to keep their doors open for long. If you love your pets, if the safety of your pets is important to you, take them ANYWHERE else.

I do not trust this vet. They pressured me into doing a teeth cleaning (and then proceed to pressure me into removing some of my cats teeth once he was already sedated) which I still believe to this day was not needed. Today they charged me more than $50 for two doses of Revolution, (I was refused the three doses I asked for) which I later found out other clinics offer for $10. Don’t go here. There are nicer offices that are cheaper.

Place has declined in friendliness as well as caring for your pets i have been a customer here for several years today was the final straw i drove 30 minutes with an overexcited pet to get there (through extreme weather conditions) had to wait for 10 min for someone to even get off the phone to acknowledge us only to be told i was 20 min late and be sent home they had 1 person in waiting room and time was 10:17 for 10:00 appointment so if i was standing here for 10 min how was i 20 min late? City Creatures Animal Hospital on Delaware is fucking horrible. Not the vet assistants, but the Vet tech/Owner surgeon or whatever.. was so rude and snarky. He literally said "I have no information, I know as much as you." So you got a degree to know nothing? You killed my dog idiot.

We gave Sneezy oxygen therapy at no charge while Dr. Albert discussed all options with you in the room. We discussed cardiac disease, pneumonia, metastatic cancer, and/or other metabolic problems. I had been going to City Creatures for 5 years with my dog. Always spoke very highly of it and was very happy with services until recently. Last June one of the doctors pushed a flea/tick vaccine on me and wanted me to stop using the all natural spray I had been using. So I listened and paid for 6 months of a flea/tick preventative.
