My second experience, here for cleaning. Like first visit, again faced w unfriendly and rude reception who is always busy with her own chats and fun barely talking to clients. now I am writing this review after almost an hour of wait and am still waiting. Every day worsens more than previous days
This is my 3rd treatment update. Susu has been doing my deep clean and this is our 3d session and I have to say she is extremly knowledgeable, gentel,very professional and friendly. She explained to me the whole procedure the tools and all the steps and everything that goes into my mouth, she make sure I feel comfortable and not in pain. I went in today to get my tooth looked at. The dr and the hygienist were both very understanding of my fear of the dentist and spoke to me with gentleness and care. I was informed on the recommended course of action and was given time to think it over. They did not try to force my hand to make a decision right then and there which I truly appreciate. Given that I am not presently experiencing any pain and needed to start antibiotics ahead of time they advised me to decided this week and get back to them. Over all the office... read more
Loved my experience at City Place Dental, The entire staff was totally professional and very pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Kingsley cleaned my teeth and did a great job... also the ladies at the front desk are awesome... especially Roxanne and the other gal ( don't know her name) was very proficient with her bilingual skills in helping patients with their needs. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, and the Other Dr... I think his name was Ishmael ? Was awesome as well !
This dental office is a great place to visit for service. Staff members are sooo friendly. Proper hygiene #1. Doctor Kingsley is down to earth. Everything is just AWESOME!!! 100%+++
