My fiancé and I moved here from Hampton Roads VA when I just gave birth. Emmanuel made the process so easy allowing us to feel comfortable making a decision without touring. When we moved in we were not disappointed! The community is always well kept. Anytime we have a work orders they are completed almost instantly. The office staff is extremely helpful and a pleasure to be around. I’m so glad we chose to live here.

This is one of the best Apartments Complex in the city. Friendly staff and it is a nice place to live. We are living here for three years already and starting our 4th year and still love it...Thanks guys for making us feel always at home

I enjoyed my time at Clairmont. The office staff were friendly and maintenance, especially Greg followed up on my work orders, timely. My apartment had some issues upon move in and my air consistently went out but staff responded every time. The grounds are well kept and my neighbors were quiet. The gate is rarely closed and move out can be costly (standard carpet, plus any stain charges). Overall I recommend.

I have been at this complex since early 2018, I have found that the staff at this complex has been very professional. I have not had a concern that I didn't hear back from the management staff. These guys ROCk!!!

Great staff both in the leasing and maintenance end. Very attentive, polite and spot on with pretty much everything. Thank you Emmanuel also for being the awesome agent for us.

I would never recommend any one to live here! Horrible place to live! Horrible leasing agents, creepy maintenance employees. The leasing Mgr. Lisa is so disrespectful. I was always being discriminated against because of my religion, and my home was intentionally defiled by KPM employees, always right before my Holy Days with unlawful entrys, and without my permission and without notice. Despite KPM/Kotorides Property Mgmt receiving the exact same email and letters I sent to the rental office, they NEVER RESPONDED. They prete... read more

Move in day was a disaster. I was told I could not view the apartment because the carpet was being completed only to come in to dirty carpet with bugs coming out the floor, sunflower seeds, finger nails, nail polish and stains throughout the entire apartment. Along with carpet stains there were polish stains on the vinyl floor in the bathroom. I was utterly disgusted and in disbelief of what I walked into. These apartments look good but I would agree with the review that said that the walls are paper thin. Not only do I hear everything from my upstairs neighbors but they smoke and the smell permeates into my apartment daily. Also every noise from the breezeway comes straight into my bedroom including voices, walking on stairs, doors closing, etc. When i first moved in there were ants.
