Like always maintenance did a phenomenal job taking care of all my work orders. Each time I place a work order I know someone will come in a timely manner. Living at Clairmont has been a pleasure and I am excited for the years to come.

I had a leak in my kitchen. I called the emergency number and someone was sent out immediately. My problem was fixed quickly by the maintenance staff. I was very pleased with the staff!

I am a new tenant and Morgan has made the transition to apartment living very easy. The process was quick and professional, I love the complex and the grounds. The maintenance crew is outstanding, (Greg)they are quick and efficient with the few items that needed repair. You could not ask for a better location. Overall so far so good. I gave it 4 stars as people do not pick up behind their dogs, not the complex's fault but...... Happy I choose Clairmont at Chesterfield, Keep up the good work!!

The apartments and clubhouse is beautiful. The grounds are well kept, but the walls are paper thin. The apartments aren't well made. I live on the ground floor and can hear every step the person above me makes. My neighbor is constantly moving and pounding on something and I hear it. It is embarrassing to have company over to hear her stomping around upstairs. It's like we live together but I don't know her. I hear everything!! I can't wait to move. I lived there 1 1/2 years and the staff was pleasant and consistently helpful. I lived in 2 different apartments and both were very clean and quiet. The staff had monthly activities for the residents and the pool was consistently clean and never over crowded. I choose as was convenient to work, but also found convenient to great restaurants and shopping as well. Highly recommend.
