I am a new resident, and the experience have been really really nice, the staff made the whole process a lot easier, and fast!! I’m very pleased with everything at my new home!!!

I'm a new resident and have had an excellent experience working with the staff, especially Rebekah, who assured that all logistics were smooth, documents were processed in a timely manner and she patiently answered my MANY questions quickly while demonstrating a caring attitude! We recently had an issue with the garbage disposal and maintenance responded promptly to our call and fixed the problem. The Clairmont staff, maintenace and office staff, are friendly, responsive to questions and helpful.
