So far Bill Faithluvhope of Clark Pest Control in OC has been fantastic. We have a 100+ yr old wood home. They have gotten rid of all the rodents and the customer service has been fantastic. I feel like a special customer and as though my home is being truly taken care of. Thank you!

My family and I recently received a termite tenting treatment from Clark's Pest Control. The service technician, William Faithluvhope, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in ensuring our home was rid of and secure from rodents and termites. Hurvey is the man! So courteous and helpful. He even helped us move some furniture! He offered his help. He conducted our termite inspection (we knew we had them, it was mainly a formality so we could get a quote). Clark Pest's negotiated quote was reasonable. Their initial quote was a bit scary - it would be nice if they came straight out with the lower quote - but it wasn't the end of the world as we had done our homework and had a ballpark figure. Very impressed with our initial consultation with Clint. Scheduled online for next day and he was very thorough checking out our house for our main concern as well as smaller other items I mentioned. Very professional and friendly! However, I did call back a couple weeks later to schedule service and left a message with the receptionist. She said they would call me back, but never did. We ended up going with Sentinel Pest Mgmt because they returned my message same day.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Clark Pest Control and their team. Bill was our primary contact. He is very professional but more importantly he is very knowledgeable regarding pest mitigation. The work they did to repair the termite and fungus damage was done with care and precision. We signed up for their protection program and look forward to working with them going forward.

This is the first pest control company I've had, that I'm completely satisfied with. My technician was Joshua. He was very efficient with the job and knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had. Definitely staying with this company for years to come

Clark Pest Control did a great job with the insect problem that we had in our home. Josh was friendly, fast and efficient. It's been a month since he came and sprayed our house for the insect problem and we can really tell a difference. We don't see anymore bugs in our home and have been extremely happy with the results so far. I would highly recommend Clark for any of your pest problems.

This is the third pest control company I called for a rodent problem, and the ONLY company who called me back AND kept the scheduled appointment. Brian came out and did a very thorough inspection, both inside and out, including the attic and garage. He informed me that it appeared to be only one rat, thank goodness, and gave me treatment recommendations.
