I appreciated the request to contact your team to resolve this matter, and I did so promptly. Unfortunately, after reaching out, I never received a response or follow-up. At this point, my concern is less about the original issue and more about the lack of communication afterward. I'm still willing to work toward a resolution if someone follows through.

Clark Pest Control billed me for a service that was not completed (the backyard was never treated), and I was not informed this would happen. When I disputed the charge, instead of resolving the issue, they escalated it to collections. Charging for incomplete work and sending it to collections without proper resolution is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend confirming all service details upfront before using this company.

The sales rep or agent whatever he wants to be addressed Cameron is not responsive.. left several messages letting him know that the email address he send over was wrong & he needs to resend.. didn't get a call back and no updated email received as well.

I have been a Realtor for a long time in Orange County and this was hands down the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE for the Seller, the Buyer, and myself. After being paid $13,213 for the termite repairs and clearance, the Seller and Buyer noticed some of the work had not been completed and a fence had been knocked over. Update: Heard from Rick who apologized and removed the balance on the account. Appreciate the follow through from him. My contract was transferred over to Clark Pest Control from either a buyout of another company or I'm not sure. I was with my other company for over seven years and recently was receiving servicing by Clark. Previous company was awesome, Great service no issues, great communication.
