Gene is my local technician. He does a really thorough job both inside and outside of my home. As a result of his I have very few Bug issues. He's always friendly and extremely thorough with his service. I would recommend highly in need of a "bug pro"
This company refuses to honor my contract purchased one year ago for $1800 plus $300 annual charge. Run away from this place!!

Clark's pest control is not reliable. They are not friendly and don't have good communication with their customers. They work on their time only and not with appointments as well as not respecting people who have disabilities.
Just had a very bad experience with one rude salesman of this company who stopped by my house to have my business. His name is Tye. I am not looking for any pest services now and I told him but he didn't listen to me and continued to talk and talk. I kept telling him that I am not in need and didn't close the door without ending the conversation in an appropriate way. He started to respond me back with a very nasty and impolite way. From the salesman it is obvious how they operate.
We have had our house sprayed with Clark for a few year, they purchased our contract from a previous pest company. They have raised their prices without notification 3 times now. The first 2 increases were $5 each this time they jump $25. This is unprofessional.
I was driving behind one of their service trucks and the driver never signaled when changing lanes and ran several red lights in Laguna Hills. If they cannot obey traffic laws can I trust them them to do a good job for me and obey obey whatever pest control code there is?

I received a coupon in the mail last week for Clark Pest Control. It said "First visit $50". I called 7/15 and was told it would cost $110 every other month for service and to show the coupon to the technician. I made an appointment for the following day and the technician showed up this morning. When I gave him the coupon, he said the first visit would be $160-$50, for a net cost of $110.
