Clark Pest Control was in our neighborhood yesterday, marketing their products. The representative knocked on our door (by the way, no mask). I answered the door, saw he was a solicitor, and politely said "no thank you." He kept talking, "Are you sure? Your neighbors are all very interested." Again, I said, "no thank you." Finally my husband yelled from the back of the house, "My wife said no! Leave!" Never on time to appointments. other than that they are just an average pest control service. customer service not apologetic and doesnt care either about clients time. Other reviews about punctuality is actually true and not surprising. Must Avoid.

I have been using Clark Pest Control for over a year after my previous pest control company was bought out by them. They serviced my home as well as my business. My experiences with Clark have been terrible at best. Every technician that I've ever seen wearing a Clark shirt has been arrogant and unhelpful. I did not choose Clark, but my account was transferred when the small local pest control company (Sentinel) I was with closed for retirement. I was a very satisfied customer of Sentinel for some time. They kept our property bug-free and had outstanding customer service and respectful techs. The transition to Clark was seamless and they said they use the exact same product as Sentinel and my price stayed the same so I figured everything would be stable. I have been a customer for over 5 years, I have Clark come out on a monthly basis. I am now in escrow to sell my house and of course I call my guys, Clark Pest control. They guy who came out was not very friendly, different guy than my normal guy who is very nice. Clark sends me back a report that it would cost $30,000 to treat my home! I got transferred over to Clark Pest control 6 months ago, as the previous pest control company I was with for more than 10 years (Sentinel) closed their business. Called, they said we can come today - changed appointments to next day so I could get problem addressed - nobody showed up- nobody called. I called 90 minutes later in case they were just running late (wanted to give eve for if doubt) and nope - call center said office was closed. I used clark pest control. Do not use this company. I paid 1,000 for a door to be replaced in my garage to keep pests out. A month later the door they installed grew mold on it. My exhusband, who is a general contractor, looked at the door and said it had not been primed and painted and it had exposed wood on it and it was a cheap hollow door.
