This is the third pest control company I called for a rodent problem, and the ONLY company who called me back AND kept the scheduled appointment. Brian came out and did a very thorough inspection, both inside and out, including the attic and garage. He informed me that it appeared to be only one rat, thank goodness, and gave me treatment recommendations. Brian did a lot of good work with sealing our attic and sanitizing. One hit -- He didn't show one day that my wife had set aside to have off to admit him and didn't call. I honestly think we fell through the cracks until I called and complained, but once I did, the work was finished quickly and competently. January 2018 update -- I was up in the attic installing a ceiling fan. Brian left a trap behind. No problem, it didn't trigger because the attic is rat-free and we now have a spare.
I had a deeply disturbing encounter with a technician from Clark Pest Control, Anthony Raya, and I feel compelled to warn others about this company's lack of professionalism. While servicing a neighbor's house, the technician parked his vehicle directly in front of my garage, completely blocking me in. When I politely asked him to move his truck so I could access my driveway, he immediately became hostile. The sales rep or agent whatever he wants to be addressed Cameron is not responsive.. left several messages letting him know that the email address he send over was wrong & he needs to resend.. didn't get a call back and no updated email received as well.

I have been a Realtor for a long time in Orange County and this was hands down the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE for the Seller, the Buyer, and myself. Update: Heard from Rick who apologized and removed the balance on the account. Appreciate the follow through from him. My contract was transferred over to Clark Pest Control from either a buyout of another company or I'm not sure. I was with my other company for over seven years and recently was receiving servicing by Clark. Previous company was awesome, Great service no issues, great communication.
