Very impressed with our initial consultation with Clint. Scheduled online for next day and he was very thorough checking out our house for our main concern as well as smaller other items I mentioned. Very professional and friendly! However, I did call back a couple weeks later to schedule service and left a message with the receptionist. She said they would call me back, but never did. We ended up going with Sentinel Pest Mgmt because they returned my message same day.
We are very pleased with the service provided by Clark Pest Control and their team. Bill was our primary contact. He is very professional but more importantly he is very knowledgeable regarding pest mitigation. The work they did to repair the termite and fungus damage was done with care and precision. We signed up for their protection program and look forward to working with them going forward.
This is the first pest control company I've had, that I'm completely satisfied with. My technician was Joshua. He was very efficient with the job and knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had. Definitely staying with this company for years to come
Clark Pest Control did a great job with the insect problem that we had in our home. Josh was friendly, fast and efficient. It's been a month since he came and sprayed our house for the insect problem and we can really tell a difference. We don't see anymore bugs in our home and have been extremely happy with the results so far. I would highly recommend Clark for any of your pest problems.
This is the third pest control company I called for a rodent problem, and the ONLY company who called me back AND kept the scheduled appointment. Brian came out and did a very thorough inspection, both inside and out, including the attic and garage. He informed me that it appeared to be only one rat, thank goodness, and gave me treatment recommendations. Brian did a lot of good work with sealing our attic and sanitizing. One hit -- He didn't show one day that my wife had set aside to have off to admit him and didn't call. I honestly think we fell through the cracks until I called and complained, but once I did, the work was finished quickly and competently. January 2018 update -- I was up in the attic installing a ceiling fan. Brian left a trap behind. No problem, it didn't trigger because the attic is rat-free and we now have a spare.
If your looking for a pest control service DO NOT go with this company, I did not see a difference with them and when I called them to tell them I was still having bug problems they arrived with store bought product (vevo and raid) to me that horrible marketing and value to the company. If your looking for a service I advise you to buy my own product and do it yourself!

These guys are at the groves in Whittier right now telling lies of how everyone is leaving premier pest control to go with them. We have a neighborhood group chat and confirm they are telling lies. No one has confirmed they left premier pest control. They are the best and only option for the community since 2020. Horrible way to do business by trashing other businesses. Hard pass on these jokers
