I have been a customer since 2005! I have had a rodent issue for many years now and we have paid for extra services also by Clark’s and still no resolution to the problem. I have spoken to Richard, your supervisor, whom is very professional and knowledgeable and he had promised several times that he would come to the property and try to at least control the situation, however no response was received and we are still in limbo. They always notify me when my service will be. Never have a problem with pests after.
My property has a locked gate, so as a condition to having the monthly service, I have requested an advanced notice so I can leave the gate unlocked. I have had several occasions where the service came to the house without the notice and so they were not able to gain access, however I was still charged for the service. I have also asked them not to put leave a bill on the mailbox since this is an indication that no one is home.
We, unfortunately, were hosting a rat. Clark came, set a trap and removed the problem.
Before they would come and clean all of the cobwebs around the front and back of the house (doors) and check for other possible pesticide issues. Now, they just come and spray (5 minutes) worth of work and leave. No quality or due diligence on their end. Although this is done every 2 months we still have spiders, bees and other insects entering our home. This has become more of an issue within the past year.
After spraying etc...cobb webs, daddy long legs and spiders were already noticeable just a couple days afterwards.
Helped us identify the problem sprayed a couple of time to prevent ant infestation
