Not happy with your services the past 3 months. I have spider webs all around my property the very next day after treatment. I don't believe the technician brushed off the webs and treat the areas the webs were at. I took pictures of the webs, but couldn't send them to you to see. I am considering canceling the service not only because of poor service but the fee keeps going up each month.

I had a serious out brake of mice in my home after the renter neighbors moved out I had seen only one mice in 38 yrs of living here in my home .I contacted the clark customer service and they sent out my Favorite Clark specialist Tommy Boyd jr. Tommie has been my clark person for almost 2yrs he did initial inspection for rodents he told me what to look out for and how to place the glue traps in different areas of my house and the garage. There’s a flea infestation in my house and the stuff they use doesn’t work! Technicians are not properly trained and some are quite rude! Customer support is non existent. I’m stuck with a contract for a year and I can’t wait for it to end! Waste of time and money! I regret that I ever called Clark Pest Control!

They show up and do there job and leave without causing problems. I have both the Pest control program and the Termite control program.

having a hard time communicating with the technician by phone or in person? Does not call back when I leave him a voicemail?

Unfortunately, I was not present for the service or would have requested treatment of back lawn for flees. Our neighborhood has lots of squirrels and now rats eating my apples.
