As a first time home buyer , We didn't have any knowledge of the loan process. Claudio explained the process and help us with every questions we had during the loan application and closing . He was extremely helpful in all other questions even though some are not related to the loan application. Excellent communication and quick response was the key. We Will definitely recommend his service and would use his service in future.
