Claudio was great to work with in my home purchasing process. Very helpful and detailed when it came to numbers and reviewing documents. He was not hesitant on answering questions, and was very patient. Claudio is absolutely amazing to work with. He is extremely resourceful. He will look at every single possible avenue to make sure it is the best avenue for his clients. Not is he great at what he does regarding the business, but he is also very personable. He treated me like family. I would absolutely work with him again and I definitely would recommend him always.

Claudio Prunotto has earned a top rating. He was very helpful and always addressed any questions that we had. The process of buying a house can be very stressful, however Prunotto was able to provide calm in the BIG step. He was comforting when he explained all that was happening with our purchase. I would highly recommend Claudio and his team (Maria and Nicole). They are true professionals with a focus on customer satisfaction. (I have worked with other lenders in the past who were not.)
