First time home buyer, Claudio and his team made my financing experience painless. The turn around from the initial credit check to clear to close was impressive. Every step of the way was explained clearly and Claudio's industry experience made all the difference. To top off the experience the document exchange suite of tools and their lender portal allows for easy document signing and loan tracking. I would say pick Claudio, I would use him again as well as referrals.
