Claudio watches what's happening with interest rates very closely, he has many tools to help him time when to lock in. He explains it all very well every step of the way. His friendly, helpful staff made it clear we were in good hands. It's clear to see Claudio loves what he does.
Hopefully when rates come down we can make an easy refinancing happen. Claudio's team was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. They even were easy to reach on the weekend.
