Clear Choice Chicago has gone through a complete metamorphosis. When I began my treatment (full all-on-four uppers and lowers) there in 2010, the place was very upbeat, positive and refreshing. All personnel were happy and interesting to be around. During the last few years it became quite the opposite. Negative attitudes, negative procedural processes and a place that I dreaded to go to. I am very happy with the care & wonderful job Clear Choice on Michigan Ave in Chicago did for me when I needed full upper & lower dental implants. I had a six tooth upper bridge come out damaging the supporting teeth so I knew i had to do something & did not want dentures. When they did the CT Scan it showed black all around the roots of my bottom teeth (infection) & as a diabetic I decided to get both the upper & the lower full dental implants at the same time with one surgery. The Drs & everyone there have been great & ... read more

The dentist who did my consultation was great but the support staff members are more than a little off-putting. I'll admit that I do look young for age but I expect a certain level of service and respect for my time. The person I was supposed to meet with walked out to the lobby saw that I was the only person there and then walk away for 30 minutes! Rude. Secondly, the receptionist/tech who took my x-rays was apparently in disbelief at my age too because she kept touching my face. She said she needed to adjust the pos... read more

They did what they said they would do. They gave me a smile that I'm proud of and they helped me loose weight. It doesn't hurt they were real friendly too.
