After seeing ads and reading about ClearChoice online I decided to go in for a consultation and see what they had to offer. I met with Sabrina, one of their patient coordinators, to talk about why I was considering implants, along with my medical history. During that meeting, I also met with Loni, one of the surgical nurses and Dr. Pallotto. Together we decided the best treatment option would be upper and lower implants with fixed bridges. Clear Choice Chicago has gone through a complete metamorphosis. When I began my treatment (full all-on-four uppers and lowers) there in 2010, the place was very upbeat, positive and refreshing. All personnel were happy and interesting to be around. During the last few years it became quite the opposite. Negative attitudes, negative procedural processes and a place that I dreaded to go to. I am very happy with the care & wonderful job Clear Choice on Michigan Ave in Chicago did for me when I needed full upper & lower dental implants. I had a six tooth upper bridge come out damaging the supporting teeth so I knew i had to do something & did not want dentures. When they did the CT Scan it showed black all around the roots of my bottom teeth (infection) & as a diabetic I decided to get both the upper & the lower full dental implants at the same time with one surgery. The Drs & everyone there have been great & ... read more
