"Everything went great" Recently purchased a vehicle from Cleveland Ford today. It was the second time buying from this dealership. Our salesman J D Catlett took the time to show me vehicles in the price range I was looking for. He kept in contact with me during the purchase process. We got the car we wanted and the whole buying experience was great. They will be my first option on my next vehicle purchase.
"No hassle sale" Rex did a good job getting all the information I requested about the truck. He did check in with me after my initial email. I appreciate the fact that he was tentative but not pushy. He did his job well enough that I was comfortable buying this truck sight unseen.
