your tec did a good job of service he used to much fear on his sales then once again your company sales pitch was way out of line I purchased this unit for it reliability not to be sold extra package every time you come out to service this unit that I paid cash for so you need to work on these issues and see if you can improve

Climate Control knows what they did wrong. This issue should never have happened. No excuse for this mess up. Don't employ installers who install physically damaged units and don't tell the customer they are doing so.
