Micah was the tech that came to diagnose and fix my AC system that had died during high heat. He arrived quickly and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly! What great representation for your company. He explained everything clearer and so I completely understood what he was doing and my options. I have an old system and knew it wouldn’t be cheap but he sure made it easier to swallow.
