I’m going to adopt Mason R. He was great to work with. His energy, professionalism and enthusiasm have all endeared him to me and my family. He took me my down stairs unit to review concerns that I should watch for and then he took me upstairs unit and did the same. I have had these systems maintained annually but Mason showed me the evaporator coil on the upstairs unit and all I can say is YUCK! It was full of mold. He was able get it cleaned and installed a UV light to keep down growth. Was it pricey for the repair? Sort... read more
