Seth was very professional, thorough, and did a nice job of explaining how he was calculating the capacity of our ductwork so he could determine the size of a replacement AC. After informing me of what they had to offer he contacted his office and we talked with Andrew who reiterated their recommendations, my options, and then provided a verbal quote which he followed up with in writing. I was impressed with the way they handled my request for a visit.
