Wow, what a mess! My husband and I ordered cabinets from this company due to the great reviews we had read about them. Don't make the same mistake we did! Our first delivery date was pushed back by a week at the last minute and no one bothered to call us to tell us they would be another week delayed beyond that. With contractors at our house and vacation planned around demolition, we find out the cabinets will not be arriving for another week (only after calling ourselves and leaving voicemails) and still no tracking number.... read more
CliqStudios gave me a 4-6 week delivery window on a $9,500 cabinet order. Six weeks was the absolute longest they said I would wait. I planned my contractors and vacation very carefully so that my kitchen would be installed while our very active family was out of town. I gave them plenty of lead time to build the cabinets. One week before delivery was scheduled they called to inform they were having production problems. They later gave me a second delivery date that they also missed. We contracted with Cliq for all new maple cabinets for our kitchen renovation. I'm a retired contractor who was finally doing his own kitchen. The designer was helpful was suggestions for several cabinets that do not appear on their website. The sample door looked to be of high quality, so we placed the order. When the cabinets arrived is when the problems started. Very poorly packaged resulting in damage. 2 cabinets destroyed and multiple gouges in several doors.
