I've been bringing my two miniature schnauzers to this vet since 2009. This review is based off my most recent visit with them. My dog woke up with an ear ache. He was fussing about it and wouldn't even let me touch it. Immediately I knew I had to get him in to see the vet. It was a Sunday and they were open. HUGE PLUS! I didn't have to take him to the ER. While most vets are engaging and caring by nature, to have your vet remind you that their job is to treat a patient and not the lab work is something stops you cold and makes you think...but that was the consulting advice given by Dr Mazur who on previous occasions had called us at home to let us know what the lab work was telling him but then took the time to remind us that the dog we had was doing much better than the lab work would lead anyone to believe. After checking out the reviews online I knew I wanted to choose Clocktower Animal Hospital for my little Charlie. He was having a little diarrhea for a few days and so I called them and they were able to see us the same day. The doctor was great and they were very gentle and sweet to my little guy. We did have wait a little longer than I was hoping but I also had some paperwork to do when we arrived. Our Shih Tzu had an event that upset us almost as much as it did him. We called in advance and the office told us to come right in. Dr Mazur gave our dog immediate attention upon our arrival and then discussed with us the treatment he proposed. He observed and treated our dog for a good part of the day. When we arrived for consultation, he patiently explained alternative courses of action, answered all of our questions and gave us a complete written report summarizing what he had done and the alternative actions. Excellent place! I have 2 pets (a cat and dog) that have been patients for years! I just adopted a 2nd dog and her heart worm and flea and tick meds are cheaper here than fosters. The staff is very friendly and I never feel rushed (I ask TONS of questions). Everyone always has a smile on their face.

Been going to see 'Dr. P' for years as she is very knowledgeable about greyhounds. Never have to worry about losing my houndie during a routine teeth cleaning as most greyhound owners do. I like how Dr. P takes her time to research health issues before making a diagnosis or recommendation. As my dog became a senior, we were put on the 'posh plan' which is a 10% discount on most services and prescriptions. Also, we were told about the start of a kidney problem. Very professional and caring veterinary team. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I drive 20 minutes to get there and past several veterinary clinics on the way.
All the medical staff at Clocktower Animal Hospital are extremely knowledgeable. I have been using them for years now.Their entire staff really has that loving touch and you can see it in how they care for your pets and take the time to answer all you question for the care of your fur coated family members weather the bark or meow.
