Would have preferred giving negative rating if there is an option for that.Had to resort to least possible i.e., 1/5. I had to choose CMC lending to get my builders credits. If not for builders credits i would not have chosen this lender. Mortagage rates from CMC lending is atleast half* a percentage point over the market average rates on any day. Excellent customer service!!
Amazing help and guidance from Joe Garcia all through the loan process. Had a last minute family emergency, and leave the country at the time of closing. Joe guided me to give power of attorney to my family member and proceed with the closing. Being last minute, several documentations has to be re-prepared and sent to title company.
