Joe and the whole team were great from start to finish. We closed a complicated, special circumstance loan in under 35 days. Everyone was great to work with and we would not hesitate to use them again.
Would have preferred giving negative rating if there is an option for that.Had to resort to least possible i.e., 1/5. I had to choose CMC lending to get my builders credits. If not for builders credits i would not have chosen this lender. Mortagage rates from CMC lending is atleast half* a percentage point over the market average rates on any day.
