To put it simply, Mr. Schalch was a very nice, straightforward guy. Extremely professional and willing to go the extra mile for anyone not just his clients! He even held and entertained our 5 month old baby while we walked through the home! Priceless!
Paul was great to work with. We had an issue with a 30 year lender that dropped the ball and he immediately put us in the right direction and we were able to get closed. We were looking for a house for our daughter as an investment while she is in school at Sacramento State. He was very informative about good choices in homes as an investment. We were always able to speak with him promptly. I would HIGHLY recommend him.
Spencer is an extremely knowledgeable Realtor. He knows the ins and outs of the Lincoln area. Spencer took the time to listen and find out exactly what we were looking for in our home.
