The best part about Coldwater Animal Hospital is the staff. They make me feel so comfortable.

so far, i am impressed with this animal hospital. we have just brought home a new puppy and i needed information on what the cost would be for the "first" checkup, shots, rescue chip, etc. the woman was VERY helpful in my choice. my husband's family has had pets that were cared for at Coldwater Animal Hosp. in the past and he swears by them. i am excited to schedule an appointment!. i have made 7 calls to other vets and NONE were as courteous and full of information as this one!

Some of the staff is very good but overall I am very disgusted with this clinic. My dog typically goes there but when I called because she was getting sick and wasn't acting like herself they told me they were booked both the day of and the day after and if I felt it was that big of an emergency to go to the Emergency clinic. And when I did go there it seemed as if they only cared about the money and not so much about the pet.

not satisfied Badgered after signing release forms for refusing expensive elderly dog blood work. When I complained to the office manager--she was defensive and very nasty, when I wanted to speak to the vet I was told "that probably wasn't going to happen"--I left the office for another vet who is wonderful! My dog has since died and I get all kinds of stuff from Coldwater--even after I told them all 3 pets would no longer be in their care!
