My cat was diabetic and received insulin injections twice a day. There was a point when the Prozinc insulin was in short supply nationally, and the price shot up from $125/vial to almost $200. I bit the bullet and paid what I had to pay because it was keeping my fur baby alive. Fast forward a few months, and Prozinc is now readily available on the market, everywhere, and back down to pre-shortage prices. Except at Coldwater Animal Hospital. They were still charging $200. The staff was very nice but I'm quite disappointed with the service. My girlfriend and I were looking for a new vet for our cat and settled on them for various reasons but since going have not been happy with them. Our first visit I asked them to make sure they e-mailed us the paperwork from the visit so we could have it for our own records and they never did. But the real clincher for not going back was when we made an apt for getting our cat spayed they promised to send us an estimate of the cost. They never did. We... read more

The absolute worst. I've never had a bad experience with a vet before, but this place is a disgrace. Please take your pet somewhere else.
